Technical Delivery Manager, Chicago, IL
What this job involves:
• Accountable for Capforce deal life cycle management platform built on Salesforce.
• Accountable for ensuring platforms objectives are met and support the strategic vision.
• Lead multiple technical teams ensuring the delivery of elegant and innovative IT solutions
• Collaborate closely with architecture and engineering group to ensure right solutions are built and adheres to enterprise standards and governance
• Ensure alignment on scope, design, delivery and feature releases between all stakeholders, delivery and operations group
• Charter large scale IT investments by facilitating the definition of program objectives, success criteria, scope, governance, multi-year schedule, and budget
• Drive teams through the software engineering experience using Agile, analytical and technical skills.
• Manage desired outcomes for all data management activities such as data movement, master data management, data quality and stewardship
• Develop strong partnerships with product managers to be the trusted partner for executive management to ensure program success.
• Manage "platform/feature" dependencies across multiple teams, product owners, scrum teams, functions, divisions, and stakeholders.
• Define effective program management processes, structure, roles, and responsibilities to the successful execution and delivery of business objectives
• Be a thought leader within the organization, someone who can help advance our Product & Technology strategy globally and challenge others in the organization to change.
• Provide visibility to program status (key decisions, dependencies, issues, risks, metrics, etc.) on an ongoing basis through push status reporting (to all stakeholders, team members, and interested parties).
• Provide monthly and sprint reviews (deep dive into current state of project goals, risks, escalations)

Experience/Skills Required (please apply only if you meet at least the minimum MUST requirements captured below):
• 10+ years of enterprise software/technical or engineering management experience at a large enterprise technology company
• 4+ years of successful Salesforce implementation and product development programs; keen understanding of the SaaS business model and its product development lifecycle.
• Experience with Salesforce Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
• Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle. Experience with agile development methodologies and test-driven development. Agile/Lean certified a plus
• Experience using data quality management, data integration, data stewards ship process, tools and framework. Experience with MDM, Informatica Data Quality framework would be a plus
• Experience with data analysis, definition and specification of data structures, database design concepts and data output options preferred, but not required
• Experience with SQL, Tableau, or other data analysis platforms preferred, but not required
• Ability to manage competing priorities without loss of efficiency. Comfortable bending between the tactical and strategic
• Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills conducive to collaboration; able to work well in a cross-functional, matrix management environment.
