ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly management reports
• Supports management in analyzing, planning, developing and monitoring strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives. Develops and supports management information needs through periodic performance reporting, forecasting and analysis
• Develops policies and procedures to submit for approval and implement to the team
• Creates and implements training tools for the department
• Prepares audits of accounts requested both internally and by the customers
• Works with management to establish performance targets and goals for generating revenues and/or controlling expenses
• Performs benchmark comparisons of business processes or performance to external entities
• Assist in identifying business improvement opportunities and support selection of projects through business case analysis and prioritization against business goals
• Identifies and shares best practices, business results and process improvement successes
• May work with vendors and other external entities
• Assists servicing associates with reports for investors and clients
• All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Four years of progressive experience in mortgage banking or mortgage servicing
• Knowledge of the servicing system, Microsoft applications used in analyzing data, and high level of problem solving abilities
• Possess a high level of communication and organizational skills and works to complete assignments under tight daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines
