The Learning & Development Senior is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging learning solutions to internal clients across our expanding firm. This person will utilize prior learning experience and communication skills to bare on projects ranging from the facilitation of small group trainings to project managing large blended learning programs. The Learning & Development (L&D) Senior will also have the opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:
• Partner with business stakeholders and L&D Managers to determine learning needs and propose solutions to address those needs
• Work independently and with SMEs and external vendors to create effective learning courses, resources, tools and experiences using a variety of different media to engage the modern learner (in-person and on-demand training, resources, job aids, reference guides, etc.)
• Advise SMEs and facilitators on NASBA Continuing Professional Education requirements
• Support L&D Managers on end-to-end program operations including budget, communications, program delivery, evaluation/feedback and measurement of business impact
• Coach facilitators on best practices and facilitate sessions within areas of subject matter expertise as needed
• Manage and execute delivery of on-site programs
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; emphasis in a related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience required; experience in a professional services environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of, and ability to apply, instructional design principles and practices for adult learners
• Ability to take information from multiple sources, synthesize and create effective learning solutions
• Proficient in various instructional approaches and tools (virtual, web-based and instructor-led, Articulate, Camtasia, etc.)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to articulate complex issues and effectively present to large or small groups
• Ability to develop relationships, build rapport, and effectively interface with all levels within the firm
• Organizational and project management skills with ability to own and drive project schedule from start to finish, including managing peers and individuals senior to you
• Effective time management and organizational skills, proven ability to prioritize while simultaneously managing numerous projects/processes often under tight deadlines
• Execute effectively by using resources efficiently, meeting deadlines, and keeping others informed of work plans and progress toward goals
• Ability to travel as needed, approximately 20%
