Our exciting new retail structure has created a position for a Branch Community Manager who is responsible for leading and inspiring 3 - 8 retail locations (including small and large Traditional branches, In-Store branches and Smart branches) to provide an exceptional customer experience and to drive performance to meet business goals. The Community Branch Manager fosters a motivated, diverse team environment, setting colleagues up for success by establishing clear objectives for the Branch Community as a whole, each individual retail location, and each colleague.
As a Branch Community Manager your primary responsibilities and competencies would include:
• Creating an organizational environment where colleagues attach high importance to the value of mutual understanding.
• Through leadership and direct involvement in sales activities and programs, providing an environment in which all colleagues excel in producing revenue affecting individual and community focused goals.
• Leading the business development and calling for the assigned market area while managing a portfolio of high value consumer and business customers for the Main branch.
• Acting as a senior leader in creating an optimal customer relationship by deepening relationships and building key internal partnerships which support the customer's goals.
• Demonstrating a big picture understanding of the business, its interrelationships, and priorities in order to educate your teams on all products, services, and technology and bank policies.
• Developing and fosters strong community relationships.
• Overseeing the strategic development and implementation of business and sales plans by implementing one on one plans, sales calls, focus calls, onboarding new managers, mentoring and coaching.
• Inspiring and motivating service through coaching and training to achieve a superior customer experience, thereby bringing success to your community market.
• Creating and actively participating in collaborative and inclusive processes and relationships that engage others with different perspectives and across teams.
• Coaching and holding others accountable for supporting and accepting change.
• Identifying and developing channels of long-term business growth proactively driving business inside and outside of market area.
• Responsible for recruiting top talent and forecasting staffing needs as well as acquiring and properly allocating resources in support of the team and community.
• Leading by example how to deliver excellent service expectations in a variety of settings.
• Through leadership and direct involvement in sales activities and programs, providing an environment in which all colleagues excel in producing revenue affecting individual and community focused goals.
• Implementing or managing risk management across the community market.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or High School diploma with the equivalent of 7 years of progressive sales management experience.
• 5 years retail banking sales experience.
• 5 years in management experience preferably in financial services with an emphasis on consumer and business development.
