The Digital & Direct Marketing Delivery Manager is a core contributor to driving the growth engine for the Bank and working as part of a team to meet business objectives. This colleague will lead and execute against Credit Card and Personal Lending product marketing activities with a focus on channel execution.
The Digital & Direct Marketing Delivery Manager will collaborate with colleagues within an agile pod which includes; Product Marketing Strategy, line of business stakeholders, and Consumer and Marketing Analytics (C&MA) to deliver an excellent customer experience across channels. Manager will own the execution with these partners for all Acquisition programs that are delivered through multiple channels: DM/EM/Landing Pages/ODA/SEM
Primary Responsibilities include:
• Channel Creative Development – Development of all assets to be used in Acquisition programs to include Direct Mail, Email, Landing Pages and Digital Units for ODA and SEM
• Development of Testing Roadmap based upon competitive review and past learnings
• Program Planning and Creative Brief development for Acquisition programs
• Input on test design
• Messaging design by channel
• Channel Execution and Excellence
• Approval of all assets through appropriate channels
• QC of data and creative audits in partnership with internal and external agencies
• Execution in all channels for on-time, on-budget delivery
• Budget input to Planning Delivery
• Best Practice Oversight to drive innovation and efficiency
• Production- Working with print and postage partners to drive efficiencies
• Ensure email best practices employed and Real Time Messaging employed where possible
• Mobile first execution for landing pages
• Excellence for all digital assets
Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:
• 5+ years in Direct, Digital and Email Marketing experience
• Ability to plan, develop and implement comprehensive multi-channel marketing programs including writing creative briefs and driving data-driven testing strategies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to develop and nurture relationships, influence key stakeholders, and resolve conflicts independently to mutually agreeable solutions
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail, high sense of urgency and ability to work on multiple projects under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills/Experience:
• Experience in credit card marketing and/or consumer lending marketing
• Strong prioritization skills and ability to quickly re-prioritize in a dynamic environment
• Familiarity with Agile methodology
• Experience in financial services and/or a large corporation
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree required

Hours per week: 40
Work Schedule: M-F 9-5
