The New Producer Onboarding Specialist is responsible for working to support New Producers while providing a Best in Class Service Experience. The New Business Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for establishing strong New Producer partnerships, performing new account setup, contract issuance, and owning all aspects of this new relationship. The New Business Onboarding Specialist manages New Producer Onboarding with a Concierge approach, educating partners to ensure that all transactions comply with state and federal regulations while delivering a superior customer experience. A significant focus of the role is driving the successful issuance of contracts, building and maintaining meaningful relationships with internal and external business partners that will be sustained all while contribution to a culture of Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement.
The New Producer Onboarding Specialist will also serve as a Service Coordinator supporting the sales channel and provides exclusive support for New Producers. Provides a single point of contact for internal New Producers to resolve operational issues which impact sales. In addition to troubleshooting issues, position is responsible for representing the needs of the field to drive future product and service enhancements. The key responsibilities for this position is: provide clarification on policies and procedures; troubleshoot operational issues; authority to make operational exceptions within compliance; proactive service calls to partners and back office contacts; drive procedural and service process enhancements; work closely with partners to resolve any escalated cases.

Maintaining strong service standards, contributing to a culture of ethics, learning and teamwork. Meeting all individual and team goals while executing Department Procedures. Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal service partners to deliver a superior customer experience.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2 years of customer service or sales experience
• Operations experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to build and foster effective relationships
• Financial Services industry experience is a plus
• Able to work effectively with colleagues across multiple locations / virtually
• Must be receptive to change and detailed performance feedback
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, drives deliverables and meets all required deadlines
• Technically sound with strong process skill set. Able to work through complex scenarios and deliver streamlined solutions
• Demonstrated peer leadership in diverse team settings
• Flexibility with your schedule
