Responsible for the Enterprise Fraud Intelligence group, the Director of Business Resilience will have oversite of the project’s development in support of the security mission. This executive will develop and deploy a non-traditional business process that will be designed to incorporate intelligence derived from multiple internally and externally based sources to identify, mitigate, and prevent external fraud and credit loss at the enterprise level, across all product lines. This leader will be tasked with managing critical initiatives in addition to communicating with executive leadership, managing internal and external engagements, and monitoring internal audit and regulatory findings to ensure timely compliance.
Responsibilities
• Set the strategic direction and priority for Fraud Intelligence programs. Focus on continuous improvement and increase engagement for business partners
• Develop partnerships with internal and external stakeholders across the enterprise to manage Fraud Intelligence related projects
• Create and execute program enhancements that support the overall enterprise-wide mission
• Lead shared services for executive communications and management of internal and regulatory audits
• Demonstrate the ability to attract, develop, retain, recognize, and promote high-performing talent while also and increasing capabilities of the existing team
Skills:
• 8+ years of experience in Intelligence, Risk Management, Business Resilience, Financial Industry, Security
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher education in Risk Management, Finance, Security, Computer Science, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in Intelligence, Risk Management, Business Resilience, Financial Industry, Security
• Ability to lead large teams with enterprise responsibilities
• Certifications in business resilience, threat intelligence and incidence response
• Strong communication skills
