Job Description
In this role, you will play a central role to help deliver cyber security products that mitigate threats to Visa from both internal and external sources. You will lead and orchestrate product security requirements to harden Visa’s customer facing products as well as internal products that improve the overall efficacy of security controls. You will take a metrics driven approach to help organize requirements, prioritize roadmap features, and spearhead the definition and delivery of new and differentiated capabilities.
The successful candidate must have exceptional communication, collaboration and problem solving skills, strong product focus, and demonstrated relevant experience with security, operations and threat management products and/or services. We are looking for a proven ability to execute both strategically and tactically on new and ambitious projects that will be industry defining. This position requires a solid business and technical background, and the candidate should be client-focused with a passion for delivering compelling user experiences.
Responsibilities
• Lead fraud management and data privacy management of ecommerce application
• Own the strategy of determining the efficacy of the entire stack of cybersecurity solutions we have at Visa and drive efficiencies based on metrics.
• Develop strategy and plan for security analytics and metrics
• Develop strategy to operationalize product security engineering’s interface with cyber defense and architecture
• “Built-in Security” – develop strategy for built-in security by collaborating across groups including architects from cybersecurity, innovation center and product development
• Metrics – review and recommend improvements
• Security Findings – streamline approach for driving compliance across product teams
• Effectively communicate full and timely management information to all relevant parties, manages stakeholder expectations across multiple areas in a complex environment
• Confidently convey complex messages and information, concerning progress, problems and their solutions
Qualifications
• 5+ years of product management experience in the area of fraud mitigation, and threat management to consumer privacy and security.
• 10+ years of experience in agile delivery of Secure Software Development Life Cycle with CI/CD automation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence others internally and externally.
• Ability to analyze threat and behavioral data using quantitative models and presentation of insights to executive management in visual models.
• Conduct retrospect analysis and prepare reports based on threat trends, failure/resiliency scenarios and use case acceptance
• Proven ability to synthesize complex issues and opinions into simple stories.
• Attention to details, proactive self-starter.
• Ability to coach team members and guide them to deliver on user requirements and commitments.
• Ability to deliver initiatives from conception through completion in an iterative way.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads.
• Ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions.

• Participate in business operational reviews and assessments as appropriate.
