Description
• Establish and lead analytical projects to drive deposit portfolio performance to meet established goals
• Produce analytical views of deposit portfolio along with strategic insights and recommendations
• Develop and implement Commercial Rate Management frameworks through technical frameworks
• Develop rate sensitivity and segmentation frameworks to drive strategic initiatives
• Support large opportunity pricing process to drive profitability and customer value
Strategy – Define and execute strategies to align Commercial and corporate objectives
• Help support the budget/forecasting process in coordination with LOB and Finance leaders
• Identify business challenges/opportunities for improvement and leverage analytical skills to make strategic/tactical recommendations
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years’ analytical experience (Liquidity or Deposit experience preferred)
• Minimum 2 years’ SQL, SAS, R, Python, NoSQL or comparable programming skills required
• Basic understanding of the operational and service sides of the business as well as underlying financial impacts
• Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally with peers and Line of Business leaders
• Build strong and effective relationships within Citizens
• Strong PowerPoint development and effective presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Self-starter and forward thinker
• Display positive, can-do attitude
• Agile skills and/or training is a plus
Education
• Bachelors Degree required
• Masters or MBA preferred
Hours & Work Schedule
Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
