We would like to double our engineering team (currently around 15) and add more products to our platform. We are looking for a Director of Engineering to lead and scale our teams.

Responsibilities:
Recruit and retain great engineers
Manage engineers and engineering managers across multiple product teams
Provide continuous feedback and promote learning and development
Bring expertise and experience to architectural design and engineering discussions
Build processes for the engineering team to work efficiently and effectively
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership
Facilitate and encourage collaboration and openness within engineering and across the organization
Be a technical contact for internal groups across the company
Requirements:
8+ years of software engineering experience across the stack
4+ years of experience in team management
You have operated in product-focused, agile environments
You have a servant leadership mindset
You can balance multiple projects and priorities and deliver on time
You are passionate about diversity and inclusion
