Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced, Philadelphia or Boston based Junior Marketing Manager to support the Marketing Manager (MM) in developing, designing and executing regional marketing initiatives, events and experiences for our East Coast offices (ex. New York). Region includes offices in Boston, Philadelphia, Washington D.C., Atlanta, Tampa, West Palm Beach, Miami, and the surrounding sub-markets. The manager will report to the MM in their region.
Specific responsibilities may include, but are not be limited to:
• Support MM in planning and executing high-touch, impactful events for targeted cohorts
• Work in partnership with client service staff, consultants, and 3rd party outsourcing company to initiate/execute events and meetings
• Create invitations, collaborate with editors, design and legal teams when necessary
• Train local marketing partners
• Field general marketing inquiries from support staff
• Partner with MM on managing regional marketing budgets and reconciling expenses
• Track and report on effectiveness of key initiatives inclusive of budget management
• General administration of internal/external mailings and communications
Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
• Ability to collaborate, build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization
• Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is strongly preferred
• 3+ years previous experience in a marketing/events role
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills
• Capable of prioritizing and executing multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Extensive travel may be required
• Salesforce and Pardot knowledge is a plus
