Job Title Product Analyst
This position can work in the Alpharetta, GA or Dublin, OH office. The preferred location is the Alpharetta, GA office.
What does a great Product Analyst do?
You will support AllData Aggregation from Fiserv, the industry's leading account aggregation service. It provides the engine for consumers to build a comprehensive view of their finances, helping financial institutions and technology providers to develop loyal, deeper customer relationships.
You will be responsible for ensuring that Fiserv maintains its market leadership position in this space. You will have the opportunity to own and establish relationships with external third party data providers, acting as a first point of contact for these partners, and serving as a liaison to internal parties and clients as a technical subject matter expert. For many of these sources, you will be the face of Fiserv and your activities will directly contribute to client satisfaction and success.
AllData Aggregation has been providing account data for industry leading organizations in the Banking, Advisor and Wealth Management, and Financial Technology industries for more than 15 years. Currently we support more than 9 million users who rely on the data we obtain from more than 18,000 sources today.
As a Product Analyst, you can look forward to:
• Establishing contact with key data sources to troubleshoot issues and coordinate resources to update methodologies as needed
• Locating and engaging other resources at external sources to repair broken connections, provide documentation and feedback on Fiserv security controls, and recommending alternatives to existing data collection methods
• Maintaining and updating the internal Known Issues Report and preparing internal communication as appropriate
• Working with the Scripting team, AllData Engineering team and Product Management to implement new solutions and methodologies
• Providing input to Salesforce cases and Bugzilla tickets related to data source issues
• Serving as an internal resource for other Fiserv teams as need on data collection and source escalations
• Participating in other data related projects as needed
You’re the kind of person who:
Has the ability to own issue resolution, root cause analysis and remediation, and is adept in issue prioritization and organization. You have a track record of professional client interactions and the ability to establish, maintain, and enhance partner relationships. You have experience working within a software organization.
Basic qualifications for consideration:
• Minimum 2 years of client-facing experience in technical support, client services, or implementations within a software organization
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex issues requiring in-depth research and analysis
• Ability to travel up to 10%
Preferred qualifications for consideration:
• Bachelors degree
• Financial institution experience
• Experience working with a financial services technology company
• Experience with API Technology / data security technology
