Responsibilities
• Process Long Term Care invoices
• Handle customer service calls (incoming and outgoing)
• Track claims inventory
• Administrative support for Registered Nurses
• Create written correspondence as needed
• Ability to manage a multi-case load
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years claims processing experience
• Prior knowledge with Long Term Care -Hybrid products
• 1-3 years customer service experience
• Experience with written correspondence
• Ability to multi-talk
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proficient with MS Office (Word & Excel)
