Demonstrates in-depth knowledge in assigned area and is an experienced sole contributor. Acts as a subject matter expert for one or more applications, systems or web content areas to ensure systems are accurate, streamlined and effectively used by associates. We are looking for a self-starter who applies a high degree of rigor, organization, and discipline to get things done.
• Proactively reviews business processes to identify risk, assure best practices and align with current business needs
◦ Conduct internal audits, and present findings and observations to business committees
• PCS business support of business as usual and development of new or enhancements to PCS and vendor applications
◦ Gather and analyze the necessary business requirements from appropriate business areas
◦ Partnering and coordination between business and IT groups
◦ Assists with the planning, coordination and implementation of system enhancements, releases and
other projects
• Acts as a business systems expert and resource to provide onboarding and ongoing education to various business users for PCS applications
• Data analysis management
◦ administrator knowledge of Salesforce
Systems:
Prefer to have knowledge of wealth management business
Strong analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Salesforce
Docusign
Appian or other Business Process Management tools
Knowledge of SQL
Qualifications:
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Highly effective written and oral communication skills
Time management organizational skills and attention to detail
Integrity and ownership of work
