Overview

We are looking to bring on a talented entry-level digital marketer to assist with the execution of our digital marketing activities that support the strategic vision of Baker Tilly. The primary responsibility of this position is to support the day-to-day execution of our email campaigns and updating our public website (bakertilly.com).
This person will work with a team of digital marketers, that is supported by our senior leadership, whose job it is to continue making Baker Tilly a leader in the digital space. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion in both email marketing (strategy and execution) and website management to begin or grow his/her career.
Responsibilities
• Assist and support digital marketing activities from initial request through final deliverable
◦ Add all supporting materials to the website in a timely manner
◦ Assemble, optimize, test, and send email campaigns
◦ Communicate with internal clients throughout the development process
• Track campaign analytics and communicate results to internal clients
◦ Provide feedback to internal customers to help them improve the overall effectiveness of the message and design
• Stay current with digital marketing best practices and promote the advancement of new ideas and innovation to both improve the effectiveness and efficiency of campaigns
• Maintain a high degree of quality control and enforce consistency of brand standards
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• A., B.S. or BFA in marketing, graphic design, or related technical field
• 0 - 3 years of experience in email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation and website management
• Understanding of email marketing best practices and desire to learn and grow skills as technology changes
◦ Experience with the Eloqua marketing automation platform and responsive email design a plus
• Comfortable using Adobe software tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Premiere, Acrobat, etc.
• Technical understanding of email development, HTML and CSS
• Excellent project management skills and the flexibility to prioritize changing workloads
