Job Summary
Crowe is looking to add to a newly created team to assist internal clients and engagement teams with a vital piece of their business return preparation. Utilizing Crowe developed software, members of this team will be involved in a process from start to finish in which a high volume of highly technical and complex tax calculations will be completed in a timely manner. The tax calculations are specific to the construction industry but has other applications as well. Members of this team will also have the opportunity to help shape future enhancements of the tax software based on their experiences with the product.
The required skills and responsibilities of this role are as follows:
• Must take ownership of work
• Ability to problem solve independently
• High proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel
• High level of attention to details
• Willingness to follow a process from start to finish
• Willingness to provide input regarding processes
• Willingness to ask questions when appropriate

Qualifications
• High School diploma
• Tax Internship experience preferred
• Basic understanding of accounting and taxation (preferred).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel).
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to learn and accept feedback.
• Ability to complete projects timely and accurately.
• Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
• Ability to maintain objectivity and integrity.
