POST CLOSING MORTGAGE DELIVERY SPECIALIST
POSITION SUMMARY
This position is primarily responsible for reviewing and delivering loan documents, images, and/or data related to third party investors. Follows up with internal and external contacts to ensure accurate, timely delivery of files prior to investor deadlines, and be in compliance with company policies and procedures.
JOB FUNCTIONS

• Review and deliver loan data and loan files to Warehouse Facilities and Investors.
• Work closely with various Investors to ensure a successful purchase of the loan.
• Work with branches and other departments on discrepancies related to Loan Delivery and/or provide additional documentation and data, as needed to Investors and Bond Authorities.
• Prepare, analyze and reconcile reports as it relates to Loan Delivery and Loan Purchases.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Investors, title companies, and company departments.
• Create and maintain procedures and processes related to Loan Delivery.
• Access Investor websites for exceptions and purchase advices.
• Review Investor denials and make recommendations to senior associates.
• Complete all require due diligence necessary for Loan Delivery Department documentation, processes and procedures.

• Identify underwriting, processing, and closing errors – Follow through with corrections
• Work closely with Master Servicer’s on State Bond Housing Products.
• Keep up to date with the origination process; especially compliance, disclosures, processing, underwriting and closing.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree or Associates degree in business or related field, or 3-5 years of work experience in the mortgage industry.
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS OR REGISTRATIONS
• Knowledge of mortgage lending origination or loan processing.
• Ability to work with large databases for extraction and conversion into useful business information and analytical purposes.
• Knowledge of Access Database program and how to write/create queries.
