Job Description
Position Description
The Sr. Analyst will lead process improvement initiatives, program enhancements, and project management initiatives instructed by the T&E manager. The Sr. Analyst will assume the primary role in the deployment of all T&E system enhancements and cost initiatives, Meetings, Events and Sponsorship submissions and provide analytical assessments and presentation preparation for T&E governance and leadership meetings. In addition, assume primary responsibility for the supplier virtual card payments initiative.
Job Responsibilities
• Lead deployment and project management of targeted T&E cost initiatives.
• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives related to T&E and AP.
• Prepare monthly T&E Governance slides for Executive Leadership -- perform analytical and root-cause assessments of month over month changes in data.
• Perform monthly review and analysis of expense report data for policy adherence and to identify potential fraud/misuse.
• Perform review of Meeting, Events and Sponsorship related submissions for completeness.
• Provide oversight of expense delinquency and escalations processes.
• Assist with escalation issues related to travel expense, travel arrangements and Meetings & Events.
• Assist with adding new suppliers and supplier setup for virtual card program.
• Provide metrics for monthly reporting of PNC Active Pay suppliers.
• Work with suppliers to accept funds and troubleshooting payments.
Qualifications
• 4-6 years of Travel and Entertainment experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in Accounts Payable and Corporate Card Programs.
• Knowledge of the Concur Expense Reporting system.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Proven analytical skills.
• Experience in SAP Ariba preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively across business levels (both vertically and horizontally).
• Ability to support multiple assignments and stakeholders, prioritize workload for self, and coordinate with teammates to meet deadlines.
• Ability to organize data, perform independent analysis and exercise effective problem solving skills
• Detail-oriented, motivated, and action-oriented.
• Ability to drive change and initiate/execute process improvements
• Ability to manage and lead projects.
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal business partners and experience working with multiple business partners in a collaborative and team-oriented manner.
• Comfortable working in an evolving and dynamic environment.
• Flexible and can work independently and in a team environment.
