You will provide advanced administrative support to the Senior Vice Presidents of QA and Architecture. Your excellent communications skills will be constantly put to the test, as will your ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously as you serve as a focal point of a dynamic, fast-paced business environment.
The Team
The administrative staff at Fidelity plays a vital role in the company's success, and those individuals serving in these positions are recognized by their colleagues as key members of their group, department, or organizational team. You will deal directly with and provide support to management at all levels of the company and frequently deal directly with customers and business partners as well.
The Expertise You Have
• A bachelor's degree strongly preferred, or, secretarial certificate/related work experience.
• Must have 6+ years of Executive Secretarial experience.
• Experience putting together Power Point presentations

• You are a polished executive assistant with professional maturity and previous corporate environment experience.
• Your ability to effectively interact with senior level management both internally and with external clients.
• You are able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• You are extremely detail-oriented and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

• You are a self-starter with strong sense of ownership and involvement.
• You have the ability to seek clarification or assistance when needed
• You desire to work as a true partner with Executive and anticipate needs
• Your willingness to get involved with the work of the larger team
The Value You Deliver
• Managing a complex and ever changing calendar
• Screening incoming phone calls
• Scheduling and coordination of meetings, including agenda development
• You will have the opportunity to create reports and high quality presentations utilizing Excel and PowerPoint
• You will be responsible for coordinating travel, organizing and processing expenses and invoices
• Assisting with organizational memos and capturing staff meeting notes
• Assisting with larger group initiatives as needed
• You will partner with your peers and colleagues to ensure adequate support for the executive team
