The Business Support Manager II is responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day running of this Infrastructure area . This may cover activities such as facilities, space planning and moves, and systems development and support. Incumbents may also be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring the infrastructure area costs and may also be involved in strategic business planning and change management initiatives. Liaising with the other business areas such as human resources, legal & compliance, and operations may also be an integral part of the role. Responsible for coordinating, project managing and planning across a number of functions. Manages strategic, operational and administrative support for the business in the region to include business strategy; financial management; improvement activity; program governance, measurement systems & reporting; risk and compliance support, people support and development; project resourcing, and internal program consulting services.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years previous experience as a Business Analyst (including requirements development)
• Solid understanding of project management techniques/methodologies
• Competent use of Microsoft Office applications to include Microsoft Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word
• Relevant recognized formal qualification in Business Analysis is desirable but not essential
• Flexibility to work on a variety of projects and teams within Business Change Management
• Ability to assume project management role as necessary
• There may be a requirement for travel within the US
• Self thinker able to work through issues and escalate only when appropriate
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or a minimum of 4 years relevant Business Analysis experience.

Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: M-F 8-5
