The Senior Performance Analyst has responsibility for our Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytics function, as well as the account technology and performance support programs. BI touches all aspects of account service delivery, and the client relationship for technology is high-profile and critical to account success. Growing analytics capability throughout the account is an important deliverable.
Job Responsibilities
Performance Management:
• Oversee all aspects of account technology systems and data management including JLL and Client systems linkages (Market, PAT, and Tririga).
• Translate client business objectives into an information management and business intelligence strategy for the account.
• Account expert for Portfolio Analytics Tool.
• Ensure all data is routinely updated and manage all analysis
• Assist with the development of Account KPIs and reporting requirements and client expectations.
• Promote and enable the import and export of best practices to and from JLL, and link the account to emerging practices in the industry.
• Devise and promote creative data visualization.
• Act as Program Manager for technology-related projects and initiatives.
Transactions:
• Develop and maintain on-account financial analysis model as required by client
• Assist with transaction deliverables (such as BOVs, Commission calculations and reductions, CSAT, and scorecards)
• Assist with Ad hoc requests from client TMs
• Maintain accurate project tracking in JLL’s Market tool, including follow-up with local brokers for status reporting
• Maintain account dealio forecast
Leadership:
• Identify savings and improvement opportunities, or problems requiring innovative solutions.
• Regular reporting and updates to client, ensuring full understanding of progress, direction and expected results at all times.
• Promote success powerfully, such that our client recognizes the value of your work.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Skills and knowledge:
• Bachelors Degree in business, finance, economics or related field with a record of high academic achievement.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
• Strong financial, analytical, and reporting skills
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of identifying potential issues pro-actively and formulating solutions and contingency plans.
• Process Management experience or demonstrated skills –Results driven – the ability to analyze, act, and implement to ensure we achieve desired results
• Experience of extrapolating and visualizing data to derive actionable intelligence
• Strong leadership, organizational and execution skills
• Client relationship management. Must be highly credible in front of senior executive-level client personnel. Represents ideas effectively with strong persuading and influencing skills, and powerfully communicates the value of our successes.
• Real-estate brokerage or salespersons license desired
Other Abilities:
• Advanced computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook), CoStar, Mapping Software, and Microsoft Business Intelligence stack (Sharepoint, PowerPivot, PowerView), and the ability to master company specific database programs
• Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure, and effectively prioritize and manage time and workload
• Ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners and clients
