This position will work with the Insight360 Commercial Sales CRM (Customer Relationship Management) team. Insight360 is a robust CRM built on the Salesforce platform supporting the Commercial Sales Line of Business. This position will monitor, manage, and investigate client reported issues with the goal to deliver quality solutions to our users.
Responsibilities will include troubleshooting for technical and non-technical individuals to resolve user issues and reporting needs. This will include facilitating data clean-up, competitor analysis, and issue resolution to build user adoption. In addition, this position with assist in coordination and execution of user acceptance test plans during testing and implementation phases of the Salesforce CRM project.
Special Project - Document and review current modules in the WalkMe digital adoption platform. Research usage to prepare a recommendation for additional walk-through modules and identify opportunities to utilize WalkMe to improve the user experience and increase user adoption.
This position will work with Commercial Sales teams across Commercial Markets, Product Support and Commercial Marketing.
Work Hours: Monday-Friday (8:00am-5:00pm); Summer Internship
Qualifications:
• 2-3 years of college courses, with a major in business, finance, marketing, or a related field
• Strong Microsoft Office Skills
• Aptitude to learn new computer applications, reporting software, and databases
• Detail oriented with the ability to communicate professionally and concisely to individuals at various levels of the organization
• Analytical thinker capable of problem identification and resolution
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
