Strategy Analyst, Products & Innovation
OVERVIEW
The mission of the Products & Innovation (P&I) Strategy team is to support the Chief Product Officer (CPO) in strategy development and business operations across Mastercard’s P&I Business Lines. In addition, the team seeks to create efficiencies, improve alignment and facilitate change.

The Strategy Analyst is responsible for development of P&I long-range and strategic plans, as well as the identification of organization strengths and weaknesses and business opportunities; this includes formulating, implementing and evaluating business plans
ROLE
• Supports work streams and projects to develop and enhance strategies across Products & Innovation, working collaboratively with global/regional leads, their teams and the Enterprise Strategy team
• Conducts research, fact-based analysis (both quantitative and qualitatively) to develop strategic insights
• Contributes thought leadership on strategic focus areas, with strong interest across payments and technology
• Assists with basic ad-hoc projects
ALL ABOUT YOU
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with an ability to execute quantitative and qualitative analyses, synthesize data, and draft recommendations
• General knowledge of how business processes, practices and products influence function projects; ability to translate strategic conclusions into actionable outputs
• Results and execution oriented, with ability to deliver results on time with limited management
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple work streams at the same time, in a structured way
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills with ability to build credibility with colleagues across multiple levels and disciplines; team oriented, collaborative, and flexible
• Experience creating and delivering presentations and communications for various audiences Proficient in Microsoft Office products
