Fidelity Institutional Asset Management (FIAM) is dedicated to the Institutional & Intermediary marketplaces and serves consultants and institutional investors, such as defined benefit and defined contribution plans, endowments and financial advisors. Fidelity Institutional Asset Management is a gateway to Fidelity’s broad and deep institutional investment management products and capabilities in equity, fixed-income, high-income and global asset allocation.
The Team
This role supports FIAM’s financial planning and analysis process. This role would provide support to the FIAM and Finance senior management teams, including:
• Direct FIAM's Client and Product Profitability reporting and analysis including maintaining business surveys and costing methodology and leading the change management process
• Provide revenue, cost, and statistical analysis in support of FIAM’s monthly reporting cycle
• Review monthly client compensation accrual and provide on-going analysis
• Provide monthly financial support to FIAM Marketing team
• Develop revenue and cost modeling in support of FIAM’s annual budget and multi-year planning process
The Expertise You Have
• Demonstrated interest and ability to go beyond the typical finance role and develop a deep understanding of our industry, the products we sell, our sales processes and client perspectives
• Experience building and maintaining complex financial models.
• Proficient using MS Excel, PowerPoint, Business Objects and Essbase with Tableau development skills a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or economics. MBA preferred.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in a finance role.
