You’ll work with members of the infrastructure and development teams using Agile methodology, focusing primarily on providing robust technology solutions in a high paced environment with periodic production support.
The Team
The Crosby Systems Support Team, part of Fidelity’s Corporate Technology Group, is responsible for providing technology services to a Family Office organization. The team specializes in implementing various types of solutions, from developing in house medium scale applications to deploying cloud solutions including Office 365. The Family Office is undergoing a big re-platforming initiative that consists of moving/revamping their software solutions/applications to the cloud, which provides a superb opportunity for engineers to work on the newest technologies in the market.
Through collaboration with architects and other team members inside organization, you’ll provide cost-effective and quality solutions that meet business needs, demonstrating a cooperative and positive spirit while enhancing the technology footprint of our customer’s organization.
The Expertise You Have
• 3 to 5+ years of demonstrated experience in Office 365 administration
• 3 to 5+ years of demonstrated experience in managing Exchange in Office 365, Azure AD, and SharePoint Online
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in developing PowerShell scripts and Azure PaaS implementation and administration
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in managing Windows servers and IIS Web/App servers
• Understanding of Microsoft Azure IaaS, SQL Server and SQL is a plus
The Skills You Bring
• Your experience managing the Office 365 tenant with technical tasks such as domains, security groups, users, and licenses. Experience creating and administering user and service accounts, AD group membership, and Exchange mailboxes.
• Your ability to administer and support an enterprise-level Microsoft Exchange infrastructure.
• Your experience maintaining the settings for user mailboxes and e-mail, including the settings required for connectivity with Outlook.
• Your experience with Azure AD to create and administer user and service accounts, AD group membership, and Conditional Access.
• Your ability to administer the SharePoint Online platform, including crafting sites, installing solutions, activating features, and managing user access.
• Your experience writing and maintaining custom scripts (PowerShell) to install new settings or deployments, and remediate issues to support users.

• Your ability to work in a highly matrixed environment.
The Value You Deliver
• Managing and monitoring the Office 365 tenants. Conducting routine monitoring and analysis to include Audit Log Reports evaluation, system and storage utilization reports, site and system usage, growth reports, and manage site collection quota settings. Monitoring and testing performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions.
• Developing and documenting standard methodologies for supporting the Office 365 application and assist with developing appropriate support model.
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues quickly and thoroughly; resolve Exchange related issues when alerted by monitoring software.
• Ensuring the operational health of the SharePoint online environment including security, availability, performance, inter-operability and reliability.
• Maintaining existing client SharePoint sites and sub sites, lists, libraries, and content (including pages, workflows, and items).
• Serving as an on-call resource in support of the organization’s service model.
