Responsible for the direct sales and support of HOA products and services to new and existing customers.
Essential Job Functions:
• Responsible for selling HOA products and services and generating deposit and loans relationships, including soliciting CondoCerts and Insurance customers. Sales activities include actively participating in CAI chapters, developing prospects in the Association industry, and making presentations to prospective customers.
• Strengthens and manages existing relationships through regular (minimum monthly) visits and troubleshooting lockbox and other technical issues. Identifies opportunities to actively cross-sell all banking products and services as appropriate. Presents and participates in creative solutions to meet customers' needs.
• Works with internal business partners including Account Management to set up new customers and Credit/Underwriting to process loan packages.
• Attends and participates in HOA staff meetings. Prepares and submits weekly call reports to manager.
• Maintains knowledge of banking products and services as well as knowledge of the industry and market areas served. Keeps abreast of current developments and market trends to further identify and service the customers' needs.
• Ensures compliance with bank policies and practices and regulatory statutes.
• This position may require frequent standing or walking for extended periods of time.
• This position requires up to 33% travel, which may include flying and/or driving and some overnight stays.
• This position requires Visual Acuity at 20 inches (or less) over 66% of the time.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Seasoned knowledge of and experience in the HOA industry or related field
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, consultative sales, and presentation skills
• Strong business development, relationship management, and lead generation skills
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
• Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, diverse, and growth-oriented environment
• Good working knowledge of HOA industry guidelines, government regulations and compliance
• Personal computer skills to include various software packages, including word processing, spreadsheet, electronic mail and presentation, and banking systems
• Special Background and Criminal Check
• BPA (C): Confidentiality Agreement and Non-Solicitation of Employee and Customers
• Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
