AAA is currently seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support our Recruiting team! We are looking for a team player with strong organizational skills, a knack for technology and exceptional interpersonal skills to work with our various client groups. The primary duties of the Recruitment Coordinator are:
• Work closely with the Recruiting team to help support them with best practices and efficient processes.
• Responsible for assisting with background checks, drug screens, references checks and other recruiting functions.
• Maintain awareness of appropriate HR practices, policies, and laws to ensure effective, responsive results.
• Research and resolve related questions and discrepancies, following through to resolution.
• Ongoing regular auditing of Associate data within pertinent HR and vendor systems.
• Maintain knowledge of internal and vendors systems (where applicable) and ensure system accuracy for HR staff and associate use.
• Assist in the preparation of departmental reports needed by internal and external sources.
• Assist in the reporting and monitoring of HR transactions and other reports and processes. Propose changes as necessary.
• Responsible for maintaining confidentiality of human resources information.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Associate’s degree in related field or equivalent and at least two years’ related experience preferred.
• Demonstrate an understanding of business objectives and relevant internal and external business issues impacting operations.
• Demonstrate shared values to all by providing effective human related programs, policies, and services.
• PC proficiency in Microsoft Office required, including capable of creating a complex spreadsheet and applying analytical skills to summarize data. Experience with Workday a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, time management and prioritization skills.
• Working knowledge of HR laws and compliance requirements in multiple HR disciplines preferred.
