Contact Center Customer Service Representative - Creve Coeur (Full-time) - $500 Sign-On Bonus Now through December 31st

Now Hiring for Contact Center Representatives:
In this role, you’ll use your problem-solving skills to provide a top-rated customer experience. Our customers reach out by phone, email or even through our mobile banking apps. When our customers need help, our qualified Representatives will be eager to provide support.
•Full Time and Part Time opportunities are open, with 1st and 2nd shift schedules available.

•In addition, the Contact Center Customer Service Representative positions are eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus with an initial payment of $300 as of start date and $200 to be paid at 90 days of service.*

Qualified candidates should have:
•Prior customer interaction experience (banking experience is nice, but not required)
•Strong comfort level using Windows and Outlook
•High School Diploma or GED is required (a Business Degree is a plus!)
