The Digital User Experience Lead will be responsible for enhancing our digital banking services and providing a seamless, consistent and exciting experience to our customers. Other responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components. The position will create both functional and appealing features that address our clients’ needs and help us grow our customer base.

Major Responsibilities:
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
• Design graphic user interface elements such as menus, tabs and widgets.
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with consumer insights team, product managers and engineers.
• Build page navigation buttons and search fields.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and appear.
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables).
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images.
Qualifications
• Proven work experience as a UI/UX.
• Designer or similar role A good understanding of data-driven personalization.
• Knowledge of online browser/iOS/Android latest specs.
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe).
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to partner with various stakeholders.
• Solid time-management skills.
• Education in Design, Computer Science or relevant field.
