Business Operations – Lead Analyst
The Opportunity
“Come join our talented and dynamic team as a Business Operations – Lead Analyst where you will partner with Sales and Marketing to develop and implement process improvements to mature sales productivity. In this critical role, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of Sales Operations processes, policies and procedures. This will consist of supporting strategic projects, developing business analyses, recommending process enhancements, best practice development and guiding data quality projects. This role will report directly to the Sr. Director of Global Sales Strategy and will support initiatives that help our FICO sales teams around the world to scale and accelerate both bookings and revenue growth. As a member of a global business operations team, you will work in a fast-paced environment where taking ownership and initiative is the foundation for success.” -Business Operations-Sr Director -Sales Management
What You’ll Contribute
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations world-wide to improve sales effectiveness.
• Collaborate with our SalesForce administrators for sales process and data improvements.
• Assess global sales performance and effectiveness by analyzing and summarizing sales productivity.
• Manage strategic projects that are data intensive and require comfort with numbers to make decisions.
• Guide sales process improvement initiatives from requirements gathering through adoption.
• Use intuition and experience to evaluate and resolve data and operational issues on the fly.
• Recommend improvements to sales processes, policies and enablement tools.
What We’re Seeking
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in sales operations; specifically, in analytics, reporting and have supported sales teams.
• Experience analyzing and presenting data and information.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and manage time effectively.
• Proven organizational, analytical and planning skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong communication (written and oral) and inter-personal skills.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite of Products - Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint.
• Experience with SalesForce or other CRM solutions.
• Willingness to learn new technology systems and assist on special projects as needed.
