Senior Analyst, Risk Management
Overview:
The Operation & Technology Controller team provides guidance and advisory services to assess and enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the business unit internal control processes and oversight of the financial processes. This role will support the Operation & Technology business unit by providing oversight/support to evolve the operational risk management program, managing regulatory compliance and customer audit reviews.

Role:
• Supports/facilitates customer on-site visits for risk and control assessments.
• Manages process of obtaining and maintaining a tracker and repository of customer compliance documentation.
• Jointly manages customer compliance request process for reports and documentation.
• Partners with internal business to provide solutions and documentation for customer on-site visits and requests.
• Serves as a Planning Coordinator for Operations & Technology division.
• Participates in internal and external compliance/regulatory activity.
• Supports special projects and assists with various ad-hoc reporting or analysis as needed.
All About You:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience in accounting, finance, compliance, internal audit, IT audit, technology governance, risk management, or a related field.
• Strong project management skills coupled with ability to multi-task on other projects.
• Ability to communicate effectively (both verbal and written).
• Develop solid working relationships across multiple levels and organization boundaries.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet project deliverables.
• Advanced MS Office skills (primarily Excel, Access, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint).
