This individual will be the main point of contact for JLL culture and ensure through various audits, inspections, tests, and measures that the Contractor’s personnel performing under this contract follow approved procedures/directives when performing repairs to equipment, performing work under service calls, alterations, and maintenance and variety of electrical, electronic, and HVAC systems for client account maintenance services for a military hospital on a major Government installation in Killeen, TX.
Job Responsibilities
• Implement and manage a quality management program that creates an atmosphere of continuous improvement within a public works / infrastructure services environment
• Lead programs to create value for client to ensure program deliveries meet or exceed expectations
• Direct dedicated quality inspectors and delegated personnel in accomplishing all quality control inspections and quality management services
• Build successful relationships within project management team and with Government representatives
• Ensure all quality management activities are integrated within the program’s work management systems and technology (e.g., CMMS, quality management software)
• Manage and perform inspection program that includes data accuracy, key performance indicators and physical inspections of preventive maintenance, repair services and minor construction
• Collaborate with account wide team and proactively share and reapply all inspection results, non-conformance, successes and best practices. Reporting
• Manage and report on critical & key performance measurements People Management
• Effectively lead staff by clearly communicating expectations, accountabilities and providing performance feedback for continuous improvement.
• Mentor, develop and train peer and direct report team members.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Education/training
• 4 year degree in science or technical discipline
Years of relevant experience
• At least five years of supervisory experience in preparing and enforcing QMS programs within a large mixed use (industrial, administrative, military) campus
Skills and knowledge
• Background composting technical documentation
• Work independently and within a team
• Communicate effectively with technical, quality assurance and other personnel
• Proficient in Word, Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite programs
• Ability to recognize and diagnose trends and patterns
