TCF Inventory Finance has a National Business Development Representative (NBDR) to join their Team
TCF Inventory Finance (TCFIF) seeks highly qualified candidates for our National Business Development Representative (NBDR) role. The NBDR will solicit new manufacturer and dealer client relationships across a multiple of industries such as marine, RV, construction, power sports and outdoor power equipment.
You must possess a solid financial acumen, an understanding of sales related financials and prior selling experience selling loan products to business owners in a highly competitive market. Qualified candidates must demonstrate the ability to provide a strong positive influence, collaboration and relationship building skills to engage, retain and grow customers. You must be excellent at gathering market intelligence and be willing to prospect using cold calls, walk-ins and social media, along with networking and industry trade show attendance.
Sandler Methodology training is a plus and candidates must have prior experience working autonomously from a remote office. Accountability and frequent communication with home office is expected. TCFIF seeks candidates who have a deep desire to win, who are motivated by both increasing their personal income and attaining their personal goals. This role is ideally suited for someone who loves the intricacies of the hunt, who wants to influence and add enormous value to some of North America’s leading manufacturers and who wants to be a part of a nimble, fast-paced organization that goes-to-market with a great story to tell. You must be willing to travel 75% of the time.
