Job Description
OVERVIEW
To develop and maintain the Credit Administration Department's financial tracking database and provide support for complex data requests and needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain the Credit Administration Database including recommending and implementing enhancements and resolving issues by updating and/or correcting coding and programming as needed.
• Import data from Fiserv and other data sources into the Credit Administration database. Acts as a liaison with the MIS Department to coordinate projects and ensure deliverables are met.
• Import data, build reports and fulfill data requests from Executive Management, using coding and programming.
• Prepare all letters and correspondence to borrowers using the database.
• Request annual inspections and track their receipt in the Credit Administration Database/Fiserv system and follow-up as needed.
External & Vendor Relationships
• Moderate interaction with vendors such as Captiva II, C.H. Kauffman, Lender Assest Solutions LLC to request/follow up on documents and solve issues.

Requirements
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient to advanced knowledge in MS Office (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) including Access VBA and complex formulas & pivot tables
• Familiarity with SQL, including running reports and queries
• Ability to debug existing code
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
DESIRED
• Experience with Commercial loans and/or banking
