Job Summary
Responsible for leading Global Talent Acquisition practice as well as designing, planning, building, testing and implementing programs to streamline processes supporting contact center high volume recruiting. Develop customized recruitment strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives and direct the recruitment operations teams to tactically meet those needs.
Job Functions
Develop, plan, build, test and deploy recruitment support in the areas of Sales, Implementations, Compliance, Reporting, Training, Technology and Marketing to grow the NA region.
Mentor recruitment teams to meet corporate goals
Key Job Responsibilities
Responsible for developing and deploying high performing and flexible support teams capable of meeting all staffing needs in a timely and quality manner.
Build, test and implement the right tools and processes to support high volume recruiting.
Oversee and assist in the validation and standardization of screening and assessment tools.
Ensure Marketing approach draws great candidates to Concentrix at the right time and price.
Ensure that Recruitment leadership teams are supported with predictable and repeatable processes as they provide quality candidates when needed.
Provide required data to Client Services and Sales to win deals and deliver excellence to Concentrix’s customers.
Initiate, negotiate, and manage working relationships with vendors and external business partners to facilitate the generation of high quality candidates, pre-screening services, and talent acquisition.
Ensure effective and consistent hiring practices across the business areas, and train staff, including senior level staff as needed.
Create consistent process across entire high volume recruitment practice
Communicate with Executives, Senior Management and various internal departments regarding the current hiring initiatives.
Work with North American Talent Acquisition to develop and publish agreed to service level agreements and standard operating procedures.
Interface with non-agent and professional talent acquisition leadership ensuring ratios concerning agent and management support are met as contractually obligated. This would include while ramping new business and ongoing business within the enterprise.
Collaborate with HR functional leadership teams to ensure that programs and initiatives are communicated and implemented across the company.
Provide regular reporting and analyses for the recruiting team and senior leadership on key recruiting metrics such as class fill rates, recruiting cycle time, offer-to-acceptance ratio, etc.
Partner with Training and Human Resource departments to effectively manage on-boarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires are successfully acclimated.
Manage effective utilization of applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools.
Implement innovative processes in a high volume, service-oriented recruiting environment.
Understand and anticipate market trends and their effects on talent acquisition and retention.
Provide management and leadership to the field recruiting teams, ensuring ongoing staff education and development.
Responsible for respective department's overall performance and for motivating team to exceed department goals and objectives.
Become the quintessential subject matter expert within Concentrix’s high volume talent acquisition initiatives.
Other Related Duties
Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures regulations relating to job duties.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Proven success implementing innovative processes in a multi-site high volume, service-oriented recruiting environment.
Demonstrated technical aptitude in all aspects of recruiting strategy creation with outstanding organizational and problem solving skills.
Demonstrated success in a multi-location or global organization.
Demonstrated proficiency in areas of HR staffing functions with emphasis on high volume, entry level recruitment, recruitment technology, market research capabilities, staff development and performance management.
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo strongly preferred
Proven ability to develop innovative and effective long-term plans and programs to lead and coach field recruiting teams in both strategy and tactics.
Demonstrated skill in goal setting and performance improvement to evaluate programs.
Proficient personal computer skills including Microsoft Office.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and organize work in a multi-tasked environment.
Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.
Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
