Description
This position is responsible for providing project analysis and project administration to the Enterprise Services HR & Legal Technology team. This position is also responsible for select business analysis, RAID tracking, status reporting, knowledge management and testing coordination, and financial reporting of projects and other key initiatives within the team.
Primary responsibilities include:
• Lead and coordinate the creation and maintenance of programs consisting of multiple projects within business critical areas to provide unified oversight and transparency to key stakeholders.
• Work closely with the Application Managers and Business Analyst to manage program, project financials and statements of work (SOWs).
• Manage program business critical milestones, including status reporting and initial creation / maintenance.
• Maintain project resource allocations and reporting.
• Report status, provide support to technical leads and serve as the information conduit for centralized program/project compliance.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert within the following areas:
• Program/Project financials.
• Resource Strategy: Resource availability and allocation, resource management.
• Stakeholder Reporting
• Conduct ongoing weekly tracking and review progress with the Application Managers and Business Analysts.
• Stay current on new PMO processes and procedures - communicate key changes to aligned team and provide governance.
Qualifications:
• Experience demonstrating knowledge and understanding of business processes and the Project Management Office responsibilities
• Knowledge of PM best practices, methodologies, and project governance principles
• Proficiency with project management, collaboration, and communication tools
• Ability to challenge upwards, lead and/or influence teams either with or without direct authority
• Strong track record delivering results and exceeding aggressive targets
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Thought leadership, coupled with excellent collaborative skills
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build strong relationships across different organizations
• Enthusiastic, creative individual committed to delivering results within strict timeframes
• Ability to act with a sense of urgency, commitment to deadlines and deliverables, and personal accountability; Demonstrated self-starter
• Expert-level skillset in MS Excel, Word, SharePoint and PowerPoint required
