Job Description: The Technical Business Analyst must be innovative, energetic and driven to provide the most astonishing of customer experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for building no code/low code declarative solutions, creating User Stories, User Cases, Business Requirements, and Functional Requirements. The candidate will function as a collaborative member on a team of business analysts and developers focused on delivering scalable, high quality, and high performing Digital (Web Site), Salesforce.com, and Campaign Management technology solutions.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
• Technical acumen to build no code/low code declarative solutions
• Experience or knowledge in Salesforce and Sitecore highly preferred
• Passionate and inquisitive approach to the technology driven world
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
• Retail Banking domain knowledge is preferred
• Ability to take full ownership of customer issues – working with customers to identify their issues, coordinating with development and QA teams and bringing issues to closure
• Strong skill sets for creating User Cases, Business Requirements, and Functional Requirements
• Expertise in testing including development of test plans and test cases to ensure changes to the application meet LOB needs, while maintaining the application integrity
• Knowledge of project management processes with ability to facilitate meetings, collaborate with multiple distributed teams, and take accountability for the completion of projects
• Ability to manage project duties, balance workload and meet internal/external deadlines
• Experience in interacting and coordinating projects and implementations with vendors
• Team Player with experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills, ability to accurately analyze information, and make sound decisions
• Ability to independently drive solutions while working with multiple teams
• Available for on call support 24x7
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Perform additional duties as assigned
