Your Focus
As a Director in Global Fulfillment, you lead and direct Global Fulfillment operational teams supporting Mortgage Operations. You will have the responsibility for operations in one location and provide leadership, direction, communication and oversight for a large operations fulfillment team.Your Responsibilities:
• Overall responsibility for financial performance, budgeting, and maintenance of assigned groups and initiatives.
• Ongoing reporting for internal and external partners
• Day to Day management of fulfillment operations in Des Moines contact center
• Handle fulfillment for relevant product lines.
• Lead customer relationships and SLAs.
• Lead strategic change management and continuous process improvement.
• You will ensure audit, regulatory and underwriter compliance.
• You will identify, recruit, develop and retain a high-performance team of professionals.

• Excellent analytical / problem solving skills and financial acumen.
• Technical literacy and competencies across numerous software platforms (MS Office, Business Objects, SharePoint and others).
• Strong interpersonal skills and executive presence. Ability to interact and build working relationships at multiple levels across the organization.
• Ability to influence people.
• Effective tactical and director level communication skills.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and Lean / Six Sigma a plus.
You should have:
• 5+ years of practical business experience
• 5+ years in a position of coaching and motivating a team
• A confirmed history of getting results.
• Ability to work closely with peers
• Ability to run across geographies
• Ability to travel to multiple work locations
• Previous Mortgage and/or Financial Services and Lean production experience preferred
