Description
Brief Description:
This QA Analyst for the Core Banking IT group will provide testing and execution for current and upcoming Enterprise Document Solutions projects reporting directly to the QA Test Manager. Will be testing documents, statements, disclosures and other forms created within the Exstream tool.
This role requires experience in Static, Integration, System, End to End and User Acceptance testing. The candidate must be able to plan and execute multiple testing efforts as needed. Previous banking product knowledge preferred.
Detailed Description:
• Create test plans and test strategy documents
• Create detailed test cases that are easily repeatable
• Create and deliver testing estimates, testing metrics (defect metrics), testing implementation plans
• Lead and facilitate defect resolution
• Actively participate in walk-through, inspection, review and user group meetings for quality assurance
• Participate in production implementation verification and being accountable for validating system quality
• Comply with standards of the software development life cycle and follow strategies, plans and procedures within Information Technology software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Passion for process improvement and leading industry standards for Quality Assurance Testing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Basic Qualifications:
• Min 1 year of QA Testing experience
• Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of solution requirements, oversight for planning and conditioning test data for complex test scenarios
• Comfortable leading meetings and providing feedback to large groups
• Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects running in parallel timelines
• 2+ years' experience using Quality Center

• Able to import and export scripts, defects and requirements into Quality Center
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Previous analytical experience (analyzing problems and analyzing results) desired
