The growth of Credit Acceptance continues to create opportunities within our Dealer Service Center. Our program empowers car dealers nationally to help consumers purchase a vehicle. Team members in the Dealer Service Center enroll dealers quickly and assist them to grow their business while delivering superior customer service. The Dealer Compliance Specialist position is to…
• Consistently, and efficiently review and process Dealer Enrollment Packages in accordance with established company policies.
• Process dealer change requests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assist as needed in processing documents submitted under the Document Submission Process.
• Support additional corporate legal requests.
Outcomes & Activities:
• Timely, accurately and with a high degree of focus on quality, you will perform the processing of assigned FACT sheets.
• Maintain up to date reporting, that is accurate and reliable for all readers.
• Ensure all dealer documents are accurate, legible, and in compliance with the appropriate corporate policy.
• Distribute incoming mail and package outgoing mail.
• Remain compliant with our policies, processes and legal guidelines.
• You will need to be open to ongoing feedback aimed at improving performance.
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements:
• High school diploma, Bachelors Degree Preferred.
• Experience using Excel and Word.
• Customer Service Experience.
• Ability to speak clearly, professionally and articulately on the telephone
• Document records clearly and efficiently
• Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge learned
• Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to be able to handle difficult conversations professionally
• Be self-motivated and demonstrate urgency and initiative
• Effectively work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Work onsite at the assigned Credit Acceptance work location.

Compensation: $16.00 - $17.75/hr
Required degrees must have been earned at institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent.
