Join the Service Division at Edward Jones in the Online Client Support department and join 1100 other associates who have a passion for helping and answering questions from our Financial Advisors, Branch Office Administrators and/or clients through phone calls or written requests by understanding needs, tailoring the solution to ensure the most effective outcome, all while demonstrating a spirit of caring.
The Service Division offers a great working environment for those seeking a professional part-time or full-time opportunity as a service associate in a contact center. The Service Division's mission is to provide timely answers, guidance, and support for our clients, branch teams and home office associates to enable an ideal client experience. Associates hired into the Service Division will spend their first 2 – 4 months focused on learning their role and getting to know their team members. Each new associate is assigned a trainer, coach, and team leader. These individuals will all play a role in helping you acclimate to the company and become proficient in your role.
Core hours of operation for Online Client Support are Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm Central Time, and 8 am - 4 pm CT on Saturdays and Sundays. Schedule assignments will vary depending on business need within each department.
The ideal candidate must be comfortable serving as a phone service representative and spending a great deal of time answering phone calls. Department Description:The Online Client Support department assists clients with their online Edward Jones account information and technical issues with the online service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide a high level of service to branch office associates and clients via incoming phone calls and written requests
• Take ownership of complex situations and work in partnership with branch office associates and Operations departments to create solutions to best serve our clients
• Respond to calls and written requests while meeting both quality and quantity expectations
• Work independently and in partnership with team members to satisfy client needs
• Provide fellow associates and branch offices with easy access to information, friendly support, and reliable solutions
• Understand industry laws and regulations
Position Requirements
Ability to learn and apply technical information including hardware, software and internet proficiency
• Strong service background and desire to be in a customer service position
