Responsibilities:
Represent Principal Advisor Network (PAN) with the broker-dealer, compliance and legal to ensure strategies and practices align with goals while improving overall advisor and customer experience.
As the Business Relationship Director, some of your responsibilities will include:
• Working directly with the broker-dealer and compliance
• Working with our field managers, staff and advisors to understand their needs, challenges, opportunities, etc. in order to be the voice of Principal Advisor Network to our internal partners
• Representing Principal Advisor Network on projects and committees
• Working closely with the Field Supervisory Associates
• Project Management
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business Management, Marketing or related field is required.
• 10 or more years of related experience.
• Must have an understanding of the broker dealer, registered products, compliance and the regulatory environment.
• Must be able to work independently with strong analytical, problem solving, and leadership skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Strong presentation skills are helpful.
• Non-solicitation agreement required upon hire.
