Description
• Primary responsibilities are processing home equity line applications from beginning to end
• Candidates would be responsible for speaking with customers, working with both loan officers and branch colleagues to obtain required documents from customers, order and review property titles, appraisals, flood certifications, and income documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Candidates would be responsible to make welcome calls on new files, follow the department's call cadence throughout the process to ensure customer's are communicated direct and well informed of all aspects of their line in process
• Candidates must ensure that they document in the system of record their call cadence contacts, results of the contact so that they and any colleague who reviews the file is aware of the file status
• Candidates must be customer centric and interested in working hard to get the customer's needs met
Qualifications
• Candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Candidates must understand that 50% of the role is spent on the phone with customers and colleagues working to get lines of credit processed for completeness
• Candidates must be able to multi-task
• Candidates must possess a positive and proactive personality as well as be resilent as not every customer interaction will be positive
Hours and Work Schedule
Hours per Week:40
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
