Customer Service Representative - Data Furnisher
Responsibilities:
• Address escalated consumer/customer service inquiries, complaints/issues and problems via inbound/outbound calls in Spanish, English or French as applicable.
• Record consistent problem areas. May respond to e-mail inquiries.
• Use computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
• Assess needs and suggest/promote alternative products or services.
• Provide excellent customer service for internal and external telephone and written inquiries regarding the Equifax consumer dispute process.
• Read, analyze and interpret consumer credit files and internal/external systems.
• Professionally respond to escalated internal and external customer inquiries.
• Willingness to assist with special projects as needed.
Requirements:
• Ability to work on an ACD inbound call team during operating hours between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. EST
• Ability to visualize, articulate, and solve complex problems to determine the root cause solutions accurately and timely.
• Ability to gain a clear understanding of the e-OSCAR teams functions as well as the ability to understand the functions of team with interdepartmental dependencies.
Experience:
• 2 year associate degree preferred.
• Working knowledge of consumer credit. IE. Banking, Finance or Mortgage industry.
• Working knowledge of consumer FCRA laws.
• Proficient with Microsoft office package/internet
• Working knowledge of CRM.
