JOB INFORMATION
Works independently to manage the successful day-to-day operation of the digital assets that comprise the marketing stack, including Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, marketing automation tools, and other marketing campaign tools. Able lead to design, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive customer-focused outreach, engagement and retention, operating with considerable latitude.
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
• Develop and execute high-level strategies to deliver messaging to customers and partners.
• Collaborate with various stakeholder groups to develop and maintain best-in-class tools to delivery digital messaging.
• Work closely with and stay in constant communication with customer account teams, sales enablement, corporate communications, and other related customer and communication engagement teams.
• Resolve concerns on significant matters. Devise creative and effective solutions. Propose and collaborate on technology and product updates.
• Be aware of and implement best practices for B2B and B2C digital marketing campaigns.
• Monitor, track, analyze, and report campaign performance, provide key findings to management (and other stakeholders) and utilize the results to refine and improve future campaigns.
• Support marketing automation systems in production, including: working with technology support to troubleshoot issues, coordinating releases, identifying and recommending enhancements.
• Facilitate special assignments as directed by management and business needs.
• May complete projects or participate as a team member on projects at the highest level of complexity.

Qualifications
EDUCATION
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
• 6+ years of related experience
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
• Salesforce.com experience required.
• Passion for enabling best-in-class marketing capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to gather/write effective business requirements, design, and implement technology-enabled business solutions in client-facing and team leadership roles (e.g. functional lead, work-stream lead, etc.).
• Demonstrated project management, organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills with the ability to work well in a cross-functional environment including software development, infrastructure, product management and business operations.
• Knowledge and experience with agile project methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage technology systems in production, as well as ability to identify areas where technology solutions can be implemented to drive business outcomes.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative reporting skills with great attention to detail.
• Exposure to a multiple industries, B2B and B2C business/marketing models.
