Job Description:
• Support Scrum Master(s) with day to day POD(s) activities, such as: facilitation of daily stand-ups, backlog Refinement/story grooming, sprint demos, planning and retrospectives.
• Assist Scrum Master with any internal or external communication via interactions with POD and/or outer POD resources, resulting in improved transparency, and information radiation.
• Assists Scrum Master in removing impediments that would prevent the team from achieving its sprint and release goals (internal and external to the team)
• Provides High-Level project updates to Scrum of Scrums leadership team in Scrum Master’s absence.
• Work with Product Owner and Development Team to facilitate story readiness with respect to story grooming and maintaining the product backlog
• Track project deliverables on JIRA & provide direction and support to project team
• Able to operate JIRA and able to analyze data and create reports per Scrum Master’s request, Including:
◦ Running Performance Metric Reports
◦ Retrieving data to update/draft Sprint Review Decks
◦ Manage / update Sprint Roadmap
◦ Help with administrative tasks in Jira
◦ Requesting JIRA access for POD members
• Manage the team SharePoint site (Release Calendar, Team PTO Calendar, PODs project folders etc.)
• Familiar and certified with Citizens Bank’s technology system development lifecycle / ECF – Enterprise Change Framework (e.g. Project Management, Analysis, Design, Development, Quality Assurance, etc.)
• Assists Project Manager with the completion of all project production readiness deliverables and stage gates throughout the project life cycle in adherence with defined standards
• Assemble and coordinate POD and outer POD resources including 3rdparty vendors in alignment to the sprint roadmap
