Responsible for developing, managing, and retaining the relationships and assets of Ascent clients. Focus may be on fiduciary, finance, advisory, investment, or private banking services depending on the Relationship Manager's assigned area of responsibility. Relationship Managers have shared responsibility for soliciting, developing, managing, and retaining client relationships for Wealth Management. Shared responsibility with and support of the entire Ascent team, ensuring a consistent and recognized Ascent client experience.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• (Fiduciary and Banking Relationship Managers) Eight or more years of wealth management experience in the financial services industry
• (Investment Relationship Manager) Ten or more years of investment experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
• Strong relationship management, sales, networking and new business development skills
• Thorough knowledge of Wealth Management products and services
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to partner with clients to identify and service unique customer needs
• Ability to work and make critical decisions independently
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
