KPMG is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant, Tax to join our Business Tax Services organization.
Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional administrative support to assigned management team
• Prepare client billings, time and expense reporting, coordinate domestic/international travel, and arrange meetings
• Maintain complex travel schedules and electronic calendars
• Provide backup support, as needed
Qualifications:
• Minimum of three years of administrative experience, preferably in a professional services environment
• High School diploma or equivalent; completed coursework from an accredited college/university is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to solve problems, complete projects in a timely manner and work independently as a team
• Excellent communication skills and able to multitask
• Ability to work overtime, as needed
