Customer Acquisition Consultant - Charlotte
The CAC reports directly to the Customer Acquisition Manager. The purpose of the position is to provide direct support for each market, their leadership, and their branches to execute and sustain proactive sales activities and behaviors.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary focus of the role is to develop and manage a book of business with partner companies for our workplace wellness initiative as well as coordinate with colleges and universities for our On Campus program. They will also work with our marketing department for community event opportunities for proactive lead generation, and help the branch network to attend events in order drive household acquisition opportunities.
The right candidate will also engage in the startup outbound calling initiative and aid in conversion of the opportunities generated through proactive events. The CAC will host call center sessions on a regular basis and take the lead on coaching market personnel to effective telesales interactions.
Success will be measured by number of opportunities that are developed in the market through proactive sales activities and behaviors, and ultimately the amount of revenue generated through proper execution of events.
In addition to general sales and portfolio management, the CAC will be expected to develop strong relationships with the branch network in order to drive success. They will be expected to host quarterly program training, coach on public speaking and telesales skills, provide support for partner company referrals generated from the financial centers, and be active in the community in various networking organizations.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
Experience in coaching financial literacy
Experienced public speaker
Strong understanding of bank regulatory environment
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Highly developed organizational and follow-up abilities with the capability of multi-tasking effectively and efficiently in a high-volume environment
Demonstrated proficient written communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Working knowledge of SharePoint Administration
Working knowledge of Salesforce and Tableau preferred
Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word).
Good organizational and customer service skills.
General banking/operations helpful.
