Summary:
This position is a key role in CPG with primary responsibilities to provide coordinated efforts between Americas (to include Canada and LatAm) and Tokyo related to information security policies and procedures, and periodical regulatory reporting.
Major Responsibilities:
• Liaise between Americas and Corporate Planning Division (Tokyo) for issues below under the consultation with supervisors
• Gatekeeper for Americas of global information security policies and procedures
• Adjust regional (USA, Canada, and LatAm) and global policy and procedure discrepancies and perform as a single point of contact to conduct various initiative instructed by head office
• Report local information security policy and procedure changes to head office and check the changes are aligned with global policy
• Conduct periodical regulatory reporting required by Japanese regulators such as Japanese Financial Service Agency (JFSA) to head office
• Create and implement work style reform initiatives of the group
• Coordinate the monthly reporting process and submit the summary report to management
• Escalate the issues that require management's attention to mitigate execution risks of these initiatives
Qualifications
• Bachelor Degree
• 5-10 year experience in banking sector or administrative assignment in other industries
• Detail oriented and organized
• Communication skill both in written and verbal manner
• Computer skill (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
• (OPTIONAL) Language skill (Japanese)
